Luke is a Partner at Palmers Solicitors and has responsibility for managing the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, the Company Commercial department and the Employment department
Luke practices in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and is experienced in a wide variety of contentious disputes. Luke can provide legal advice and assistance in most contentious matters, with particular expertise in the following areas:
- Shareholder Disputes
- Director Disputes
- Partnership Disputes
- Business Sale Disputes
- Professional Negligence Claims
- Intellectual Property Disputes
- Contractual Disputes (including debt recovery)
- Civil fraud and asset recovery
- Freezing Injunctions
- Financial Services Disputes.
Luke read law at the University of Kent in Canterbury and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London, where he was awarded a Distinction. Luke joined Palmers as a trainee solicitor in 2011, qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and became Partner in August 2016.
Prior to joining Palmers, Luke worked as an adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman Service in London where he resolved insurance disputes and he continues to use this experience to take a practical approach to litigation.
Luke is also able to provide assistance under the Commercial Debt Recovery Scheme.
