Admitted in October 1989, Andrew joined Palmers in the same year as an assistant solicitor and became a partner in 1996. He works out of the Basildon office and has as many years post qualification litigation experience.
Andrew has a wide and varied experience of litigation, advising on bankruptcy and corporate insolvency, as well as undertaking all aspects of insolvency litigation, investigative work and recovery of assets.
Since 2000, Andrew has specialised in land related disputes, landlord and tenant work, and insolvency. More recently, since 2013, he has undertaken medical regulatory work and contentious education disputes.
Andrew enjoys the working relationships he has with his professional clients, including insolvency practitioners, bankrupts, directors of insolvent companies and third party defendants, such as those whom recovery action might be taken against.
He is prepared to act on a conditional fee agreement (CFA) basis.
