Our expertise covers all licensing matters relating to liquor, entertainment and late night refreshment. In addition, we can advise in criminal cases ancillary to licensing, and regulatory crime.

Our client portfolio in this area includes leading restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs, as well as petrol station convenience shops, motor vehicles used as late night refreshment premises and off-licence retailers.

We are committed to providing exceptional professional services and are valued for both our excellence in advocacy and for our administrative assistance.

We are able to work comfortably in conjunction with other law firms, who may already have been instructed on other aspects of the law. Alternatively, we can act as the lead law firm and co-ordinate the clients law needs to deal with any further issues in connection with the case.

We understand that the needs and ambitions of our clients are fulfilled through a comprehensive, attentive and consistent service. Our team of solicitors combines extensive experience with a flair for advocacy.

The team are proud of the excellent working relationship they enjoy with statutory agencies which has an obvious benefit to their clients. Our clients are not only impressed by the quality of the result we deliver but also the method by which the result is achieved.
