Samantha studied law at the University of Hertfordshire and completed her legal practice course at Anglia Ruskin University, in Chelmsford. Samantha undertook her training contract in-house at a local authority in Essex and upon qualification, she moved on to work for private practice firms. Amongst her clientele have been social housing organisations and developers, whom she has assisted with site assembly and with the sale of their new-build plots, shared ownership and shared equity matters.
Samantha has wide-ranging experience, including acting for Landlords and Tenants in lease-related matters, dealing with refinance work such as dealing with legal charges over properties, dealing with rights of way, title restrictions and the sale and purchase of commercial leases alongside business and company sales and purchases.
Samantha spent three months during the summer of 2006 working in the Property department at Palmers while she was studying law. Since she returned to the firm in March 2014, she has been developing her skills and career within the Commercial Property department.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends, shopping and visiting far-flung destinations such as Australia, Cuba, Hong Kong, Thailand and the most recent destinations being Mauritius and the Maldives.
