Jonathan completed his LLB Honours degree in Law at the University of Kent. This was followed by the Legal Practice Course on a part-time basis at the College of Law in Bloomsbury, London. Whilst studying, he was employed as a paralegal in a City firm before then completing his training at a Kent-based firm. Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and joined Palmers the same year.
Jonathan has particular interest in:
- Succession planning with the creative use of wills and trusts
- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax planning
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys the highs and lows of playing the frustrating game of golf, having set himself the challenge of getting down to a single figure handicap within the next year. He is also an avid supporter of Leicester Tigers Rugby Club.
