Residential Property Lawyer
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and dynamic residential property lawyer seeking a long-term career within a busy, CQS accredited residential property department.
You must have a strong technical knowledge in freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new build transactions and the ability to work in a high volume, face-paced environment. You will be expected to build an excellent rapport with existing clients and agents and have the ability to attract new clients and build new contacts.
Paralegal – Residential Property – Basildon Office
Maternity Leave Cover – Fixed Term Contract
Full-time Role – Hours 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
We have an exciting opportunity for a residential property paralegal to join our successful residential property team based in Basildon.
The role is for maternity leave cover under a 9 month fixed term contract (with the possibility of an extension).

Successful applicants will be a team-player who wants to be an integral part of growing the department.
You will have good academics, be socially and commercially aware and possess excellent client handling skills.
You will work closely with the associate solicitor who heads the department in a role which will include a mix of advisory as well as contentious employment work.
Experience of marketing in a law firm will be an advantage.
