South Essex-based legal practice, Palmers Solicitors, has been recognised as a great place to work after it was named on the shortlist for the Employer of the Year category at the Essex Countywide Business Awards.
The announcement comes just days after it was revealed that the practice is also on the shortlist for the Customer Service category at the same awards.
Palmers, which has offices in Basildon, Rayleigh, Thurrock and South Woodham Ferrers, was shortlisted for the accolade following a tough judging process that has already seen the firm make detailed written submission to the judges.
The submission gave the judges an insight into the steps the practice has taken to make sure its employees are well looked after, ensuring it retains the best talent to provide clients with the best possible service.
