We have lent our support to a number of high street retailers, just days before the final weekend of Christmas shopping gets underway.
We sponsored the Best Dressed Window competition for retailers on Rayleigh High Street, which was organised and judged by Rayleigh Town Council.
Adam Davis, a Partner at Palmers Solicitors and head of our Rayleigh office, joined Cllr Jack Lawmon, Chairman of Rayleigh Town Council and Cllr Cheryl Roe, Chairman of the Christmas Lights Sub-Committee to present trophies, certificates and hampers to the winners.
Roman Kitchens won the award for Best Dressed Business, the British Heart Foundation won the award for the Best Dressed Charity Shop and The Spread Eagle won the award for Best Dressed Public House.
Adam Davis said: “The High Street is the thread that ties our community together here in Rayleigh and so all of us here at Palmers Solicitors are delighted to have been able to sponsor the Best Dressed Window competition.
“We are proud to be a part of the High Street and to have such close ties with neighbouring businesses.
“We would like to congratulate Roman Kitchens, the British Heart Foundation and The Spread Eagle on their efforts, which have further enhanced the town’s distinctive character over the festive season.”
