We were delighted to be named as the winner of the Customer Service category at the Thames Gateway Business Awards at a glittering ceremony at the East Wintergarden in the heart of London’s Canary Wharf on Friday 27 October.
The award was presented at the end of a rigorous judging process involving a detailed written submission and a presentation to the judges.

This is the second time during 2017 that Palmers Solicitors’ client service has been recognised. Earlier this year, the firm won the Customer Service category at the Thurrock Business Awards, where it also won the Business to Business category.
Carey Jacobs, a Partner at Palmers has also been shortlisted by Client Choice for an award recognising excellence of client service to corporate clients.
