A prestigious accolade has been awarded to Palmers, in recognition of our firm’s dedication to high standards of customer service.
We were delighted to be named as the winner of the Customer Service category at the Thames Gateway Business Awards, at a glittering ceremony at the East Wintergarden in the heart of London’s Canary Wharf.
The award was made following a rigorous judging process involving a detailed written submission and a presentation to the judges.

“We pay a great deal of attention to all aspects of our dealings with clients, so it is wonderful that our commitment to providing excellent levels of client service has once again been recognised.”
This is the second time during 2017 that our firm’s client service has been recognised. Earlier this year, we were delighted to win the Customer Service category at the Thurrock Business Awards, where we also won the Business to Business category.
