Legal access takes off into the cloud

News Article

We are excited to announce the launch of an innovative cloud platform, designed to make it easier than ever for people to access our range of legal services.

The new service to makes the process of instructing a lawyer more convenient than ever.

The innovative platform will enable people to begin instructions relating to Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Family, Debt Recovery and Settlement Agreements.

The system will generate a series of questions, tailored intelligently to the answers given to take down all the relevant information before a lawyer specialising in the relevant area of law gets in touch to provide tailored advice and assistance.

People using the system will be able to save their progress so that they can find out more information or continue at a time that is more convenient for them.

BJ Chong, a Partner at Palmers Solicitors, said: “Our innovative cloud technology is designed to enhance the high level of personal service we take pride in offering our clients.

“The system means that less time needs to be devoted to taking down the basic information of a matter, leaving more time available to provide the tailored advice and assistance we take pride in delivering.

“I am delighted that our cloud services will enable clients to enjoy an even smoother and more efficient experience than they already do.”
