Making a Will when separating

We strongly recommend that you consider making a Will as soon as you commence divorce or separation proceedings; your estate may otherwise pass on your death in a way which is contrary to your wishes. If you own property jointly with your spouse or partner, you should consider severing any beneficial joint tenancy so as to ensure that your interest in such property does not pass automatically to your spouse or partner in the event of your death. We can deal with this for you, easily and quickly.

"Dear Hannah, I want to thank you very very much for all the work, time and support you and Palmers Solicitors has given me. I know people say that the only people who win in divorce cases are the legal folk, but I do say without your support I really do not know where I would be, so again, thanks."
Mr T (Retired Police Officer - Lincolnshire) December 2011

"Dear Surjit, Thank you for your help in bringing this matter to a satisfactory conclusion and I would have no hesitation in using you or your firm's services in the future or indeed recommending any of my friends or colleagues to use you. "
Mr Janes (Chelmsford) - September 2011

"Dear Jackie, Just wanted to say thank you very much in relation to my divorce and for the return of my papers."
Ms Cronin (Basildon) September 2011

"I have nothing but the highest praise and respect for Hannah Kelly in her dealings with my family situation."
