Mediation is now an important element of litigation procedure and it is also available as an alternative dispute resolution procedure in its own right.
The members of our litigation team have experience of representing parties at mediation meetings and they are able to assist clients with the analysis and preparation of cases for mediation as well as representation at mediation meetings.
In addition, we are able to offer the services of a partner who is a trained mediator accredited with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. This means that we can offer an independent service to parties in dispute whether or not they are represented by other lawyers.
