Hannah is an Associate Solicitor at our Thurrock office and specialises in Family Law.
Hannah qualified in 2004 after studying at Lancaster University and the College of Law in York. Hannah initially worked at a firm in Kent before returning to practise in Essex in 2006. She joined Palmers in 2010.
Hannah handles all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, cohabitation and financial settlements and undertakes her own Court advocacy regularly.
She also has significant experience in dealing with cases involving children including issues with contact, residence, parental responsibility, special guardianship, grandparents’ applications, financial claims for children and applications for the removal of a child from the country.
Hannah also has a keen interest in civil partnership law and is able to advise both in relation to pre-partnership agreements and their dissolution.
Hannah’s goal is always to act in her clients’ best interests and to be sympathetic to their needs. This means listening to her clients and giving them the information they need to choose the best and most constructive way forward.
Hannah is a member of Resolution and an accredited member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel.
