Bina Salam is based in our Basildon branch and has specialist knowledge of Islamic project finance structures and advises on Shariah-compliant lending and Islamic finance. Also, she deals with residential conveyancing and commercial property.
Bina has previously worked at Irwin Mitchell, where she was the Head of the IM Direct Islamic Finance Team - “Amanah”, and at Eversheds, where she advised the team on “Alburaq” Islamic Finance transactions on residential properties. Bina has worked for and with many of the Islamic lending institutions.
Bina advises national and International clients and she is fluent in Bengali, Urdu and Hindi.
