WILLS & PROBATE SOLICITOR
We seek a Private Client Solicitor or FILEX with at least 2 years’ experience within private client matters to include Wills, LPA’s, Court of Protection and estate administration. Knowledge of trusts, tax planning and/or elderly client issues will also be an advantage, as will membership of STEP and/or SfE.
Whilst there will be an existing caseload and we have an established client base, you will be expected to be actively involved in marketing the Department.
