Our trainee policy is to seek friendly, well organised and enterprising people who enjoy responsibility. We do not seek to recruit externally without seriously considering our present staff for promotion. The training contract should be considered as the first period of a long relationship. You will experience a variety of work in different departments of the firm under the direction of the relevant partner and, in addition, you will be subject to regular review meetings with the training partner. You will be encouraged to attend relevant external courses.
