Mark has worked for firms in Essex and London as a Civil Litigation and Criminal Lawyer and during that time has obtained experience in many different legal fields. Mark is based at our Basildon branch in the Debt and Insolvency Department but also has experience in:

His long and wide-ranging experience and commonsense approach to potential difficulties and achieving the objectives desired by his clients make Mark a useful member of the Palmers team. He is approachable and can provide advice at an initial consultation under Palmers Fixed Fee scheme and will explain the options that are available both legally and for the funding of our legal services; whether it will be by way of ‘no win no fee’, insurance-based work or the traditional solicitor retainer basis.
