Home visits are available for elderly or infirm clients who are unable to attend at our offices.

Given the increase in complex family structures and the current financial climate, it is especially important to make a will or to revisit an existing will. Changes in circumstances, whether financial or personal, may mean that the terms of an existing will no longer reflect current intentions.
The inheritance tax nil rate band (the threshold below which no inheritance tax is payable - currently £312,000 per person) has been transferable between spouses and civil partners since October 2007. On current figures, therefore, a widow, widower or surviving civil partner may benefit from a nil rate band of up to £624,000.
