Declarations of Trust and Joint Ownership of Property

As property becomes more expensive and as we begin to live longer, property sharing arrangements become more frequent.

It is imperative that these sharing and joint ownership arrangements be properly documented to avoid problems later, if there are:
  • Family disputes, such as parent-child disputes
  • Cohabitee separations
  • Enquiries made by Local Authorities in connection with care fees
  • Enquires made by HM Revenue and Customs in connection with Inheritance Tax issues
Our experienced advisers in property law work in conjunction with our Wills and Probate team to provide fully rounded advice, tailored to your needs and taking account of your circumstances.

Please give us brief details of your circumstances by contacting us so that we can assist and advise you.
