Civil & Commercial Mediation
Mediation is now an important element of litigation procedure and it is also available as an alternative dispute resolution procedure in its own right.
The members of our litigation team have experience of representing parties at mediation meetings and they are able to assist clients with the analysis and preparation of cases for mediation as well as representation at mediation meetings.
In addition, we are able to offer the services of a partner who is a trained mediator accredited with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. This means that we can offer an independent service to parties in dispute whether or not they are represented by other lawyers.

Do you have business disputes which cannot be resolved without court action?
If court proceedings are issued, it is likely that the court will expect the parties to try and resolve their dispute by mediation before the proceedings continue. By this time significant costs and fees could have been incurred already.
