Triple triumph: Solicitors reach three award finals in three weeks

News Article

Palmers Solicitors, which has offices in Basildon, Thurrock and South Woodham Ferrers, is celebrating as it reaches its third awards final in three weeks.

Three weeks ago, Palmers was announced as one of just two finalists in the Customer Care and Service category in the Essex Business Excellence Awards. The firm was then announced as a finalist in the Learning and Development Category of the Law Society Excellence Awards, which celebrate achievement for law firms across England and Wales. Now it has been announced as a finalist in the Customer Service Category of the South Essex Business Awards.

The firm’s latest success in the South Essex Business Awards follows a rigorous judging process involving the submission of a document providing substantial details about the firm’s customer service policies and procedures as well as testimonials from clients.

Palmers’ partner, Carey Jacobs said: “I’m delighted that we’ve reached the finals of the South Essex Business Awards, especially so soon after being announced as finalists in the Essex Business Excellence Awards and the Law Society Excellence Awards. It really has been a fantastic month for all of us at Palmers.

“This is welcome recognition for all the hard work our staff puts in to get the best possible results for our clients. Providing first-rate service to every client is central to the ethos of our firm and I know that clients really value the attention we pay to their overall experience with us.”

The winners of all three awards are set to be announced at ceremonies in the autumn.
