Palmers Solicitors loves to receive feedback from its clients so that it can learn where it is successful and what needs to be improved. To thank the people who take the time to complete a questionnaire, Palmers enters respondents into a quarterly prize draw.
The winner of the most recent draw was Mrs Henshaw-Brown who won an e-reader. Her feedback was chosen at random from all the forms submitted and she collected her prize from solicitor Charlotte Woolven-Brown at the firm’s South Woodham Ferrers office on 22 August.
Palmers is highly committed to providing high quality customer service and has been recognised for doing so. In March the firm won the Excellent Customer Service category at the Thurrock Business Awards and it was shortlisted in the same category at the Basildon Business Awards 2014. Palmers has also been shortlisted in the Customer Care and Service category of the 2014 Essex Business Excellence Awards which take place on 26 September.
