Law firm is Essex’s customer care champion

A South Essex-based law firm is celebrating after being named as the winner of the Customer Care and Service – Large Firm category at the Essex Business Excellence Awards.

Palmers Solicitors, which has offices in Basildon, Thurrock and South Woodham Ferrers, won the award following a rigorous judging process, which involved a detailed submission from Palmers setting out the firm’s client service ethos, policies and procedures as well as numerous examples of positive feedback from clients.

This was followed at the shortlisting stage by a visit from the judges to the firm’s Basildon office to speak with one of the partners and the practice manager about the firm’s commitment to client service.

The winners of the Essex Business Excellence Awards were announced at a ceremony at Hylands House in Chelmsford on Friday 23 September.

The team at Palmers is now hoping for further success at this week’s South Essex Business Awards, where it is a finalist in the Customer Service and Business to Business categories, and at October’s Law Society Excellence Awards, where it is a finalist in the Learning and Development category.
