Essex-based law firm Palmers has bid a fond farewell to Paul Welton, who has retired as Director of Finance, and welcomed Nick Dougan as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Paul joined Palmers in 1991 as Partnership Secretary before undertaking his most recent role, which he held for eight years.
Meanwhile, in order to ensure a smooth transition, the firm has appointed Nick Dougan, a former Army officer with fifteen years experience of managing firms in the legal sector. as its new Chief Operating Officer, taking on responsibility for the financial and general administration of the practice.
